Gino joined AssuriCare as CEO and board member in April 2020. Gino combines financial, operational and business development expertise to guide high-performing companies through rapid growth, both organic and through acquisition. Prior to AssuriCare, Gino held executive positions at CLEAResult, Oakleaf Waste Management and American Medical Response.

Nick joined AssuriCare in March 2018 with over a decade of strong operational leadership in diverse and often challenging environments. Prior to joining AssuriCare, he was Chief of Transformation and Business Process Redesign at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (the “T”) where he directed a multitude of process improvement projects across functional areas that resulted in dramatic improvements in efficiency, rider satisfaction and profitability.

Mike joined AssuriCare as CFO in November 2019, bringing a strong financial leadership background from several industries. He previously held executive positions at Village Fertility Pharmacy, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Envoy Global and Oceans Healthcare. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is also currently the CFO for RHI Group, Inc.

Doris is a registered nurse specializing in gerontology and bioethics. Prior to co-founding the company, Doris was COO and responsible for all client operations of CareScout. Prior to CareScout, Doris served as the Director for Extended Care and Medicare Clinical Programs for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Vice President for Commonwealth Care, Inc., and as Executive Director of Commonwealth Home Care. For 7 years, Doris also served as the Director of Patient Services for Home Care PRN, a division of Technical Aid Corporation, a for-profit Medicare-certified home health agency.

Dave is a seasoned leader, accountable for technology and customer delivery at AssuriCare.  With 19 years at SapientNitro / Digitas under his belt, Dave is experienced in shaping and implementing digital strategies to drive change, deliver global business transformation and optimize the client experience. 

Meg is a multi-generational home care company owner with more than 16 years experience of owning and operating a nurse registry in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is passionate about quality care for seniors and helping other entrepreneurs create efficiency and opportunities for growth in their own companies. As a leader in the home care industry, Meg has worked in a number of initiatives in the field of franchising and multiple regulatory initiatives. She is an advocate for her fellow home care owners and a voice for elder-centered care.

Mark joined AssuriCare as SVP of Product Management in August 2020, bringing years of experience leading strategic product transformation & delivery across multiple industries. Prior to joining AssuriCare, Mark was the Head of Product Management & Business Intelligence at Moody’s Investors Service, leading a group focused on delivering advanced technology products. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Eureka College, his undergraduate alma mater.

A results-oriented, energetic leader, Christie has more than 25 years of long-term care, claims management and insurance experience, and a proven ability to create value and strong relationships while delivering a positive customer service experience. Prior to joining AssuriCare, she spent more than 11 years as the Director of LTC Operations at Bankers Life and Casualty. She is a licensed Life and Health agent and has also been responsible for selling Life, Annuity and Long-Term Care products to multiple audiences. 

Scott is an experienced business development executive with a proven record of creating and executing strategic, effective sales plans. Specializing in helping companies acquire and retain clients while experiencing rapid transformation, Scott serves as a key partner to the executive team, providing customer-focused performance metrics to build and lead sales organizations.   

Karen has a proven record of leading critical human resources initiatives that create performance-driven workforces. She drives continuous process and policy improvements that increase employee engagement and productivity, and brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, learning and development,  and performance management.

Michael is a seasoned executive, with more than 20 years experience focused on the use of technology to improve healthcare and long-term care.
